Be sure to complete our two brief 2-3 minute surveys:

1. Survey: Annual CH1 Neighborhood - Zone Captain & Zone Households - Printed Directory OPT-IN (or out)

2. Skills & Equipment + Special Needs (For instance, do you have medication that requires refrigeration after a power outage? Do you need help driving/escorting any household members in the event of an evacuation? This information is given to your Zone Captain and First Responders: Lehi City Police and Fire Departments.

1. Check out the Zone Map to see who your Zone Captain is and get to know him.

2. Ask your Zone Captain (or send a request to 1CanyonHills@gmail.com) for your Emergency Packet, this includes the green/red/yellow laminated sheets to place in your front window in a disaster:

   Green—I’m ok, don’t need help; 

   Yellow—I need help but it is not an emergency; 

   Red—Emergency, I need help now!
