First Aid, Vitamins, & Sanitation

On Sunday, September 26 at 6:30 PM, we will be having the THIRD Emergency Preparedness Activity! This third one will be all about VITAMINS, FIRST AID ITEMS, AND SANITATION. Come to the Relief Society Room at the church to find out how you can stay healthy and have the best first aid materials on hand during emergency situations! There will be information presented to help you sort through the thousands of different supplements and possible first aid tools, and focus on the most important and effective. We’ll talk about simple items to have in storage to help with sanitation when services are not available. The committee will be providing links to the best prices for products also. The goal is to help everyone get to a better state of preparedness than they are now. As with each event, there will be activities available for children in the nursery, primary room, and gym.

We’ve also been provided with free access to a valuable app to help keep track of your progress and preparedness:
